    This entitles user to a full detailed report of what the issue is or could be. Due to the nature of part availability we can’t gurantee a fix will be implemented but will help guide you or install parts for you.

    • Parts are not provided but can be ordered (client subject to part charge order)

    • We do not cover warranty of the printer as this service excludes any warranty you might already have in place. Please check original place of sale to refer when claiming a warranty. We can only warranty parts installed and provided by us (protospyre llc) Client acknoledges these statements prior to service

      ~This service essentially allows client’s who don’t own a printer to send us the file they would like printed! Sometimes this can be difficult for end users and we take that hassle away and provide the quality hard work for YOU!

      ~ Pricing will vary due to client’s supplied files & are subject to change [.stl/.step/.3mf]

      Some variables are:

    • Size of Model

    • Filament used (grams/needed for application

    • Length of print (mins, hrs)

    • Any post-processing work

      -Deburr, Sanding, Polishing, Paint, enamel coating, added modifications like magnets or electroplating (avaliable in the near future)
